Cathcart is a respected English company that makes copies of old clothes as new productions.
This model is made of goat leather and is a replica of a leather jacket from the 1930s. It has a short hem, as the jacket is intended for high-waisted trousers, as was the style in the 30s.
The jacket has an unstructured shoulder, a breast pocket, French seams, short collars, metal YKK zippers, an outer breast pocket, slanted pockets and a half belt on the back, with counter pleats. The lining material is tartan-patterned cotton, which has been brushed into warm flannel.
The jacket shows no signs of use. Instead, there is a mark on the middle back leather that the goat got during its life.
The size marking is M and the fit can also go to an L size.
